Welcome to Curl and Co Beauty!

Booking can be made via our website or instagram.

By booking, you agree to our booking policies and cancellation terms. No exceptions are to be made to any policies or cancellation terms. If for any reason you do not abide by my policies I hold the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

BOOKING FEES
A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee of 50% must be paid to secure your appointment. This goes towards your total service price and the remaining is to be paid upon your appointment concluding. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of commencement, your booking fee is NOT refunded, and CANNOT be applied if you wish to reschedule.

CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellations made within 48 hours or less will incur a full charge of service to cover the loss of business. Cancellation fees are charged regardless of circumstance, as we are an appointment based business. If we are not given at least 48 hours to fill your appointment, it results in a significant loss for our business. By booking you authorise your card to be charged any fees.

NO SHOWS
No shows/no notification of not being able to attend your appointment will result in you being charged the full amount of your service. This must be paid before you are able to book again. If you no show more than once, you will be blacklisted from Curl and Co Beauty and will be unable to book again.

CHANGES TO SERVICES/RESCHEDULING
Changes to your appointment require at least 48 hours notice. Provided you have given this notice, and need to cancel or reschedule, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled twice - any more than this and your booking fee will be forfeited and a new deposit is required to be paid to book again.

PUNCTUALITY AND GUESTS
Curl and Co Beauty has a 10 minute grace period. After this time, provided you HAVE NOT notified me, I will deem you as a no show and you will be charged in full.
Please note that if you are running late to your appointment, this will not change my schedule. That is, being late only runs into your appointment time - I will not push back my schedule. I will complete what I can with the remaining appointment time but FULL CHARGES will still apply for the initial appointment you have booked.
Guests and plus-ones are NOT permitted to your appointment. This includes children of all ages.
Inability to abide by this policy will result in appointment cancellation, prompted by Curl and Co Beauty, as well as full payment of your appointment.

ILLNESS
When booking with Curl and Co Beauty, you agree that you will not attend your appointment whilst you're sick. Please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell.
Please note, there are no exceptions to cancellation fees charged if 48 hours notice period is not given.

INFILL POLICY - EYELASH EXTENSIONS
I do not service foreign infill services.
If you wish to receive lash extensions from Curl and Co Beauty, you must book for a removal and a full set.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY FEES
Appointments booked on public holidays will incur a $20 surcharge. This fee will be automatically added by Curl and Co Beauty to your appointment. This surcharge is not included in your deposit.

PRICE INCREASES
Prices listed are reviewed quarterly and may be subject to change.

SERVICE DISSATISFACTION
Please note that I DO NOT offer service refunds. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your service at the end of your appointment, please voice immediately so it can be rectified and accommodate to your liking. Any repairs will be offered complimentary within the first 2 days following your appointment.

AFTERCARE - LASH EXTENSIONS
Please take care of your lashes daily, as this is the key to great retention.
Do not wet your lashes within 48 hours. Do not have a warm shower within 24 hours after your appointment as the steam/humidity will effect the lash adhesive curing process.
No swimming or saunas for at least 48 hours.
Use oil free makeup and skincare. Products containing oil will effect your retention, as oil breaks down the lash adhesive.
Use water soluble mascara for bottom lashes - DO NOT USE MASCARA ON TOP LASHES.
Do not rub eyes.
Do not use lash curlers.
Do not apply pressure to lashes for long periods of time (i.e., sleeping on one side of the face, etc.)
Do not pull/pick at lashes - if they are irritating please have them professionally removed.
Brush and cleanse lashes daily - Curl and Co Beauty lash shampoo is sold in salon for $25.

AFTERCARE - BROW SERVICES
Please take care of your brows daily, as this is the key to great retention of your service.
Following a brow lamination service, or tint/dye, do not wet your brows within 24 hours.
Use oil free makeup and skincare.
Apply castor oil daily to your brows to maintain healthy hairs.
Brush brow hairs daily.

PAYMENTS
Cash payments are accepted however no change will be given. Correct tender is required. Bank transfers and square eftpos payments also available.

Please ensure before booking you have read, understood and are happy to abide by these policies. Curl and Co Beauty holds the right to cancel your appointment with necessary fees applicable if policies are not abided to.
